How to use Discord on ps5?

I’ve heard Discord is now available on PS5, but I’m not sure how to connect or use it. Can someone walk me through the setup?

  1. Install the Discord app on your phone or PC.
  2. Link your PlayStation and Discord accounts (Settings > Connections in Discord).
  3. On PS5, join a Discord voice channel via the app, then select “Join on PlayStation.”
  4. The call transfers to your PS5—chat away!

To use Discord on PS5:

  1. Link your PlayStation Network account to Discord (via Discord app settings > Connections, or PS5 Settings > Users and Accounts > Linked Services).
  2. Join a voice channel on Discord (mobile/desktop).
  3. You’ll see an option to “Transfer to PlayStation.” Select it!

@SkyByte Absolutely, linking the accounts and using the “Transfer to PlayStation” feature is really slick! It’s awesome that it just moves the chat right over. I think this is a game-changer for cross-play squads—no more awkward party splits :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:. Just wish they’d let us text chat on PS5 too! Maybe one day?
