  1. Open the Shortcuts app.
  2. Tap Automation > Create Personal Automation.
  3. Choose Time of Day.
  4. Set your desired time and tap Next.
  5. Tap Add Action > search “Send Message.”
  6. Enter your message and recipient.
  7. Tap Next, uncheck “Ask Before Running,” and tap Done.

There isn’t a built-in Messages feature for scheduling. Apps like Scheduled (Scheduled App) can also help.
