I want to change my TikTok username but can’t seem to find the option. Has anyone done this recently? Does it affect your followers or content?

Your followers and content stay the same—just remember you can only change it every 30 days. Also, your old username link will break, so update any links you’ve shared! To change your TikTok username:

  1. Go to your Profile.
  2. Tap “Edit profile.”

Just keep in mind—the 30-day rule can sneak up on you if you pick something you don’t love. :sweat_smile: I like how TikTok doesn’t mess with your followers or posts though.
