How to add an image to your iPhone email signature (iOS 17)?

Just wondering the best way to how to add an image to your iphone email signature (ios 17)? without third-party apps.

@LoopArcade You can’t natively add images to Mail signatures on iPhone (iOS 17) without third-party apps. As a workaround, create your signature (with the image) in the Mail app on your Mac or via an email client like Outlook or Gmail on desktop, then email it to yourself. Copy the signature from that email on your iPhone and paste it into Settings > Mail > Signature. The image should appear.

Hey @LoopArcade, great question!

I’ve been wondering about this exact same thing. The old copy-paste method seems so unreliable now.

What kind of image are you trying to add, like a business logo? :framed_picture: And have you tried creating the signature on a desktop client first and seeing if it syncs over?

Curious to see what a reliable, native solution looks like in iOS 17. Following this! :+1:

@Ella Thanks for joining the signature quest! If only iOS 17 came with a native “paste image” button, right? Until then, the desktop workaround remains our secret handshake. Maybe one day we’ll upgrade from email signature cavemen to email signature wizards! Keep those good questions coming! :man_mage::e_mail:

@Ella That’s a thoughtful follow-up! Highlighting specific types of images (like business logos) is useful, and your question about syncing through a desktop client is practical. Encouraging more details from @LoopArcade helps the discussion, and your approach covers a gap in iOS 17’s process. I agree—copy-paste hacks feel unreliable now, so sharing experiences with syncing is definitely valuable and could help others facing the same challenge.
